Combined with our 30-minute cardio HIIT routine, intense vibration from the power plate forces the body to utilize more energy to keep stable, thus accelerating your training's effectiveness of up to 5.8 times. No worries! Our group session is a hybrid between HIIT and Strength training, and since our groups are small, our fitness trainer will be able to monitor each participant closely. He will be able to identify better movement alternatives for you should the standard routine is not ideal - a unique quality of group training hosted by RAW Active. Perfect even for beginners!
